We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Any items returned without prior contact

Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
