If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order with us.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, provide a refund.

We do not knowingly misrepresent our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights where a product does not conform to the contract.

4. ORDERS

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected by you.

After placing an order, you will normally receive an order acknowledgement confirming that we have received your order. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when we confirm that the products have been dispatched or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example:

  • a product is unavailable;

  • there is an obvious pricing or product description error;

  • we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;

  • we are unable to fulfil the order; or

  • there is another legitimate reason preventing us from accepting the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to make a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at soulready@post.com. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be processed once an order has entered fulfilment.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are shown in pounds sterling (Β£) unless otherwise stated.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed on our website at the time you place your order, except where there is an obvious pricing error.

Where applicable, taxes and other charges will be shown during the checkout process.

Any delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We accept the payment methods made available through our checkout.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If an obvious pricing error has resulted in an order being placed, we may contact you before fulfilling the order to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price. If you do not wish to proceed, you will receive a refund.

Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms. Where specific promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer shipping to the destinations shown at checkout.

Our current shipping information, including estimated delivery times and any applicable delivery charges, is set out in our Shipping Policy.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, strikes or other events outside our control.

Where an order is delayed, we will provide reasonable assistance in tracking or resolving the delivery issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights regarding delivery.

7. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Your rights to cancel an order, return products and receive a refund are explained in our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under UK consumer protection law, including your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or do not conform to the contract.

Where a product is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at soulready@post.com as soon as reasonably possible so that we can assist you.

Certain products may be excluded from cancellation or return where permitted by law. Any applicable exclusions will be explained in our Refund Policy or before purchase.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the SoulReady website and its content belong to Soul Ready Ltd, our licensors or other relevant rights holders.

This includes, where applicable:

  • the SoulReady name and branding;

  • logos;

  • graphics;

  • photographs;

  • product designs;

  • artwork;

  • text;

  • videos;

  • audio;

  • website design and layout; and

  • other original content.

You may access and use our website for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell or commercially exploit our content or branding without our prior written permission, unless permitted by law.

The SoulReady name, logos, designs and associated branding must not be used in a way that suggests an affiliation, endorsement or partnership with us without our permission.

Shopify and its associated trademarks remain the property of Shopify.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website may use services provided by third parties, including payment providers, delivery companies, website technology providers, analytics providers and other service providers.

We may also provide links to third-party websites.

Third-party websites and services are operated independently from SoulReady. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

We are not responsible for the content, availability or policies of third-party websites that we do not operate.

This does not affect any rights or protections you have under applicable law.

10. SHOPIFY

Our online store is hosted on Shopify.

Shopify provides the e-commerce platform and technology that allows us to operate our online store, but purchases made through SoulReady are contracts between you and Soul Ready Ltd.

Shopify is not the seller of SoulReady products and is not responsible for the products you purchase from us.

Shopify may process information in accordance with its own policies and as necessary to provide its services.

11. REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment or other content to SoulReady ("Customer Content"), you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not infringe another person's rights.

By submitting Customer Content, you give SoulReady a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to use, reproduce, display and publish that content for purposes connected with operating and promoting SoulReady, subject to applicable law.

We may remove Customer Content where we reasonably believe that it is unlawful, misleading, offensive, fraudulent, defamatory, infringes intellectual property rights or otherwise breaches these Terms.

We do not guarantee that Customer Content will be published or retained.

We will not knowingly present paid, incentivised or otherwise non-genuine reviews as independent customer reviews.

12. WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and current.

However, occasional typographical errors, technical errors or omissions may occur.

If we discover an error affecting an order, price, product description or availability, we will take reasonable steps to correct it and, where necessary, contact affected customers.

16. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • severe weather;

  • fire;

  • power or telecommunications failures;

  • strikes or industrial disputes;

  • transport disruption;

  • government action;

  • serious technical failures; or

  • other events that could not reasonably have been prevented or anticipated.

Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise its impact and keep you informed where appropriate.

17. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION

We may restrict or suspend access to our website where reasonably necessary, including where there is suspected fraud, unlawful activity, misuse of the website or a serious breach of these Terms.
